Chris, The new bug tracking system is the best I have ever seen. I was able to open an issue in seconds; judging from the quick turnaround it is equally easy to use from the other side. Bugzilla is completely unusable in comparison. Their licensing scheme is indeed smart, as I have already recommended JIRA for internal use at my company.
