Great idea. I think that would make the translation process very easy. A new 
translator could start immediatly still while the interest lasts. ...and 
doesn't even require downloading the sources or anything. 

I was also thinking how one could translate programs while using it but 
technically implementing it might be too much of work. Translation process 
usually requires the translator to see the context in order to come up with a 
correct translation.
