[Openinteract-help] problem installing

I've got everything up and running for the most part on with a Win2000
box w/ PostgreSQL and the latest versions of everything.  After I did
the default configuration as specified in INSTALL.website, I got an
error in the log file
 
--EXITED WITH ERROR from main handler eval block
Error: Can't call method "discover_properties" on an undefined value at
C:/Perl/site/lib/OpenInteract.pm line 351.
 
For whatever reason, the theme attribute of the request handler isn't
getting set.  I can't figure out why.  Any suggestions?
