 ./v.pl c4d27f160f39f8564580debf2619324f --website_dir /usr/local/www/vcdnfo

providing --website_dir, i get a whole string of errors for
attempts to change permissions and unlink, and at the end on STDOUT I get:

$VAR1 = {
          '_session_id' => 'c4d27f160f39f8564580debf2619324f'
        };

Yes, both of these machines are Redhat 7.1, same mysql.  The problem
machine may have some old versions perl modules we're depending on, or
possibly newer libraries.
