Ray, Honest input is, of course, appreciated. I'll look over the your questions over the weekend, but it seems that compatibility is the major question, as it drives the syntax that you don't like. I had to stay compatible by default, and I think only Chris can authorize a new syntax. So I would also like to hear what he has to say. My implementation is not written in stone - I personally don't really care what the syntax is as long as it provides the full fuctionality.
