Hi all there,

I've done a bit of rework on the SOAP addition to OI2 published on this list
before. While the last version needed changes in OI2, this is no longer the
case.

A new version which should work with OI-1.99_04 is attached.

The SPEC-file included may not work on all distributions - a standard 

perl Makefile.PL
make
make install 

should do.

Please try out and comment.
