[Openinteract-dev] new issue tracking system for OpenInteract and SPOPS

About a month and a half ago I mentioned there would be some upcoming 
infrastructure changes. Here's the first: all SPOPS and OpenInteract 
issues should be entered into the JIRA issue tracking system at:

   http://jira.openinteract.org/

I'm in the process of moving still-relevant items from the SourceForge 
system to JIRA.

You should find that JIRA is a much nicer system than the SF one. And 
it's just as free for us -- while JIRA is a commercial product, they 
have a very smart scheme of granting licenses to open source projects.
