I replied to Ovid's blog entry on use.perl about this:

A comparison would be useful to have on the wiki -- comparisons to
CGI::Application and Mason would also be useful -- but I don't have the
time to do it properly.

IIRC Perrin is working on a presentation for YAPC and/or TPC comparing
different web application frameworks, but I can't remember where I 
read/heard this....
