All great suggestions, all implemented except one. The one that 
wasn't had to do with the HTML rendering of the intradocument link. 
For that I need to fix the Pod::POM renderer and that will take a 
few more minutes than I have today.

One note: in oi2_daemon you still can't choose where the PID file 
goes, but it always goes in the directory from where the daemon 
configuration is read (normally WEBSITE_DIR/conf) so at least it's 
consistent.
