hello again, 

I was wondering if there are plans for the future to add a sequence to the base_theme package so when a package installs its theme there won't be a conflict with any future packages which may have chosen the same theme_id.

I'm asking because I want to change the default template, and to do that I think I have to change the theme in server.ini which would reference another theme altogether.
