[Openinteract-dev] commercial use

hi,
what is the basic use for openinteract if I wanted to develop a commercial package with it.  Specifically, a photo classified application.  I would do this using a package add-on, and am wondering if I'd get yelled at or sued in any way?  it would be nice to use openinteract because I like the code.  But if developing a commercial app would step on toes I'll have to go an alternative route.  thanks.
