Ah, then that would explain it.

Those should be the only places. In fact, I think the apache.dat that 
gets installed when you create a new website with newer versions of OI 
does not have Apache::DBI in it -- it's only specified in 
OpenInteract::ApacheStartup. Not that this would have helped you :-)
