[Openinteract-dev] New base_page package

There's a new base_page package on the SF site (and in CVS). The one
from 1.37 works ok. But if you click the 'Add file here' link from a
directory index and upload a file, the directory information given by
the client is still present. Functional, but ugly and confusing to
users.
