UI polished, a bug fixed with dependecy on deselection. Work on UI stops here unless bug is found or request for fix change come.

Feature-complete, ready for merge with trunk.

UI almost done, missing selection of dependent platforms, a and bit of styling. Though I started to dislike jQuery accordion, and perhaps it is better to make own widget.

Sending of instance creation data.

Refactoring: init dialog at submit. Collect and submit data. Usage of json object as a base for all actions.

Accordion with styled content created for instance create dialog.

Under construction. Objects for cluster configuration defined. Creation of dialog from template - skeleton created.

Development branch, mostly for refactoring of create instance dialog.

Moved cluster deleting to EC2Worker. ClusterControler creates a job instead directly deleting the cluster. Convenience functions (deleteMachines, doDeleteCluster)created that could be reused at instance deleting.
