#4 very bad rendering for some jpeg files

I hope you can access to my attached file. This is a jpeg image that the WindowsTest application
renders very badly. It's strange because most of other of my jpeg images are well rendered. Either
I use ijl15.lib or libjpeg.lib the result is the same. Note that this picture is well rendered in other
image applications.
Could you fix that problem. Thank's a lot.
