#140 DevIL-1.6.8-rc2: ilut.h syntax error

the file ./include/IL/ilut.h gives a syntax error (see attached log for exact error and line number) and fails install. The patch for ilut.h from http://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=35361#p272561 made the spell compile, but I am unsure as to if all the patches are needed for DevIL to work properly or if there is a better solution.
