#280 Multiple selections

There is a small usability inconsistency with slicers consisting of multiple tuples:

The slicer information is correctly diplayed at th top of the pivot table (although I would prefer to enumerate the individual members instead of providing the calculated member name)

The same holds for the "Explore" tab listing the dimensions.

However, if I open the "Edit Dimension" dialog for the respective dimension, the checkboxes for the slicer members are not selected.
