#277 Pivot table sort options

I have a question concerning the pivot table sort options.

The varios sort options come with two falvours "descending" and "ascending".
I do not understand why this is necessary and what is it good for.
At the end whether sorting is "ascending" or "descending" depends on whether I click once or twice on the pivot table's sort button.
