#276 XMLA datasources restrictied to specific provider names

OpenI supports XMLA data sources , only if their provider names start with "SAP", "MS, "Microsoft", or "Mondrian" (see XMLA_SOAP.determineProvider(...))..

Is there any reason for being so strict and not supporting data sources other than the known ones?

My suggestion is to drop the restiction.
