#1 problem with public_html/hradmin.inc

Tried to evaluate your application, and after passing
through the setup phase (config.xml, DB connection...),
I'm getting nowhere further. The error in php log file
indicates the problem with public_html/hradmin.inc file:

PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function
isLoggedIn() on a non-object in
/opt/hrjobs/public_html/hradmin.inc on line 25

Any help to get me further would be appreciated.
