#1989 Blade state unmanaged could be used

Server/blade data in the synergy enclosures, there is a field called state which has values like Unmanaged, Profile Applied etc. It looks like the power state unknown may correspond to Unmanaged state also. This data could be used to give a better error message to the user why the blade/server is not added to the RPT.
