I've updated the roadmap with completed tasks.  I've added some new
tasks regarding new pages that are needed and adjustments required for
existing pages.

I broke the database out into a new module 'openhive_database' separate
from the daemon.

Interestingly, when you google for 'volunteer management system',
OpenHive is the second link in the list.
