#70 HIP VPLS UPDATE fails when address set on overlay interface

When running in VPLS mode and changing the address on the master interface, HIP sent the UPDATE with a SRC address of the overlay interface, if the overlay interface has an address set on it. When the overlay interface does not have an address set on it, the HIP UPDATE comes from the new address on the master interface.
