#51 can't connect with IPv4 LSI after IPv6 used

create a HIP association using ssh <hit> (IPv6 inner address used)
now try ssh <lsi> and it doesn't work (IPv4 inner address)

LSI acquire received, but association already exists

so it seems this limits an association to carrying either IPv4 or IPv6 traffic
