We just posted an updated tarball with subversion build 100 (Version 1.0.100). It's a much worthwhile upgrade with a lot of ajax enhancements, general improvements, and a ton of bug fixes. To upgrade, just drop it on top of your 1.0.0 codebase and merge the database schema changes. This is both a RPL and CRSSL release. See http://openhelpdesk.org for details.
