#13 Fx to between searches

Previously a search that used the between operator on two
PropertyInstances would not work as the code would end
up doing something like
BETWEEN x OR BETWEEN y
instead of
BETWEEN x and y

Similarly for IN

This fix only covers GeneralPropertyInstances, which are
most likely to have conditions of this type - however a more
general fix would also consider Child objects in some way
