#32 Problem after sending RRJ

I m getting following problems :

1.I m running openh323proxy on Linux.It started fine
and I registered one H.323 client with it. I down the
client without sending URQ to proxy. Now again I start
client it send RRQ to proxy and proxy replied back
with RRJ because of it already registered, RRJ
received by client.
After this proxy gives error :

"Assertion failure in file tlibthrd.cxx line 998
Nested mutex deadlock"

If anobody has got the same problem and any solution
in this direction please let me know.
