#156 Problem caused by OpenH323

Hi and sorry about this.

I'm not sure if this is the correct place for this.
I have Windows Vista Home Premium and all available updates.
I have an error in my "Windows problem reporting and solution centre" for something called OpenH323 but as far as I know I have no program like that installed.
Windows "Problem and reporting" suggest I go to http://www.voxgratia.org/ which after some looking I managed to get here.

I think the issue is caused by MP4 files being displayed in Explorer as when ever I try to open a directory containing an MP4 file Explorer crashes.

Is this the correct place?
What program wouold I have installed to get this OpenH323?
Is this a known problem ?
Is there a resolution to the problem?
