#6 Have a scheduler for drivers-clients/vehicle-device

I believe that a good ability might be a some kind of scheduler or a "charge" system in order to have the option to schedule or charge a driver or client (for rental vehicles - or professional drivers) to a vehicle or device....

This might have historical data for any reason (ticket from police, charges per days for rental or even know which driver is on which device - vehicle and when and where did he/she gone - total trips)....
