#20 Pushpin Legend is not Localizable

I know, there are localizable properties in the language files, but still the system uses the English localization. The HTML is already created when the webapp loads in Tomcat but not when the page loads. Therefore, the current locale set, when the user is logged in, is not considered. The legend must be created at runtime either by the MapProvider or the Account each time the map page is loaded.
