Hello OpenG Developers,
Below is an announcement that you might have already seen. It is the
summary of last Tuesday's (Dec 2) OpenG Group Meeting, which discussed =
the
new NI Software License Agreement. I would like to thank those people =
who
participated in the meeting and helped send this very important message =
to
NI. I ran this meeting summary past at least a half dozen of the =
community
representatives who attended the meeting, to make sure that it was an
accurate account of the thoughts and ideas expressed by the group. In =
fact,
several people contributed directly to the content of the meeting =
summary,
and I would like to give extra thanks those people.

Subject: Dec 2nd OpenG Meeting Summary - NI Software License Agreement
Hello OpenG Members,
At the December 2nd OpenG Group meeting we gathered to discuss the =
latest
changes (April 2003) to NI Software License Agreement (NISLA). There was =
an
excellent exchange of ideas and concerns from members of OpenG, LAVA, =
and
National Instruments. It was especially encouraging to see =
representation by
NI at the meeting, and to hear that they were listening to the concerns =
of
the community of users and were going to take these points and issues =
back
to Austin to discuss with others...
