+ - Bug fixed: "New VI Library (proxy).vi" used incorrect case for vi.lib/Utility folder (was "vi.lib/utility"), when building path for dynamic call.

+ - Bug fixed: DEAB and DEAB API build files had incorrect case for some file/folder names and weren't using universal file path seperator "/" (was using the windows path seperator "\").

+ - Bug fixed: DEAB Builder was using a string constant for storing relative path information that included path seperators. Always use a path constant (not string constant) since LabVIEW will automatically convert the path seperator to the target platform.
