openg package builder help

ok, I was trying the openg package builder but can't figure out how to 
use the "Package Files" tab. Can someone put together a quick startup 
guide for this or just reply to this email with some hints? Nothing 
makes any sense. It's not intuitive. What is file groups, source, target 
etc. Just to keep it simple:

I have a bunch of VI's in a folder called c:\my_folder and I want to 
have them installed under ...user.lib\michael. How would I configure the 
fields in this tab.

I love this tool but some background knowledge seems to be required. It 
would be nice to be able to browse to a folder of VI's and just specify 
an installation target and then click go! then everything else is 
automatic. Just an idea.
