Hello All,

It's taken a long time, and now you can finally Build Your Own Packages
(.ogp files) using an intuitive user interface.  The OpenG Package Builder
UI is ready for public consumption, thanks to the hard work of Kostya
Shifershteyn (who also brought us the OpenG Builder and MSI Installer
Builder).  You can download and install the ogrsc_package_builder package
using OpenG Commander.
