Jim,

A formal process would help a lot.

I had voiced the question of a preferred location for the Commander 
cache when I first got the alpha but it fell through the cracks until 
I ran into problems because of a poor choice of location. As you 
know, that got answered immediately in the OpenG forum. So the forum 
is a great idea for handling development feedback.
