Hello together, currently there is no simple and fast LabVIEW VI-ICON (Symbol) Editing Tool available. The built in Symbol Editor is not verry fast and useful. There was a simple ICON Editor available on ni.com. I made some modifications and you now can download the "example code". Just enter ICON EDITOR in the search window from www.ni.com. I think you (we) could "Include" a VI like this VI into the opengtoolkit. An example of a VI-ICON is attached. The best thing is, if you download and have a look at this tool by yourself. You need LabVIEW 7.0 to run this tool. (The programming stile could be a bit better, however I think it works fine) If you have any question about the VI ICON Editor, please ask my.
