OpenG Coding Challenge - Remove Backspace

I figured that this would be a fun way to allow people to participate in
the OpenG Toolkit.  Also, the process of defining VI requirements,
functional and performace specifications, creating test harnesses, and a
community feedback/judging system is something that will help the quality
of the toolkit.
