OpenG Public License - Draft Version (was RE: FW: MPL vs LGPL)

Albert et al.,

I have completed a first draft of the OGPL, which is a derivitive of the =
MPL
1.1 and includes the changes that I previously mentioned:

Please keep in mind that:

A) This is a draft version
B) I have not yet had any laywer-types review this
C) I have not yet had *anyone* review this ;-)
