[dynamicpalette] Announcement

Hello All,

I wanted to announce that I am working on a new package.  It is a
development environment resource called the Dynamic Palette View.

The Dynamic Palette View is a Custom Palette View that allows VIs and
palette submenus to be added dynamically. This is made possible by
synchronizing every palette with a specific folder in a hierarchy of =
folders
that reflects the hierarchy structure of the palettes. This allows =
libraries
and VIs to be integrated into the palettes dynamically and =
programmatically.
