#15 No dependency on NI's LabVIEW App Builder

The ability to create executables without the app
builder. I don't know if the fits with the intention of
the project, but I've been toying with a scheme to do
this. However, the method requires a small exe built
with NI's app builder, and I'm unsure of the legality
of this... If there is interest in this, let me know
and I will post more details.
