#120 Get Physical Units support integers

The Get Physical Units__ogtk.vi's description states it gives the physical units of an array or scalar, but when the input is an integer, it returns an error.
While it only supports doubles.

Suggestion:
Don't report an error when a non-floating point number (e.g. integer I32) is put in. This must be done in the Get Physical Units from TD
