First release of OpenGPS.NET - 0.1.0.53

The first release of OpenGPS.NET is now up. Thanks to all for their patience. It took me a while to figure out the sf.net system. Documentation is sparse, and some of the code is untested, but it is there. I hope everyone finds this useful.
