[openglean-devel]gleanfonts 0.7 released.

I've moved ahead with a 0.7 gleanfonts release.  This chiefly adds Courier &
Symbol fonts from Adobe, with more uniform sizes and styles available.

Some groundwork was laid for supporting Unicode, though no Unicode fonts
are embedded in the library and I'm not sure about the idea of putting a
Unicode font in the library.  (But client-supplied data may be allowed in
time, and Unicode might then be possible.)
