#9 [WIN32] Mouse cursors

freeglut originally did not implement setting the mouse
cursor very well at all (even on X, where GLUT was
originated and where the cursor settings have a clear
1:1 mapping, freeglut had a lot of omissions).

The X11 side of things has been in good shape for a
long time, but the WIN32 side is still lacking numerous
modes. The freeglut way to handle unsupported mouse
cursors was simply to use the default mouse cursor,
which is not very satisfactory.

Given the weird way that WIN32 handles mouse cursors,
it may end up being a bit twisted to get the "inherit"
mode to work...
