#32 STOMITH agent bugs

in stomith/agents/meatware/do_meat.c:
should the fifo also get the O_NOFOLLOW flag
-and-
a write was commented out then somebody said someone
else was on crack. We need to find out how that is
supposed to be, and fix it. (it's been a long day, but it looks
correct the way it is)
