the plane can blow city like engineers - this is the 1st I see. Also, in requisition screen there are no more classes, everything (ships, tanks. guns, etc) is under Infantry.

Yes some planes have that E attribute by design, but that is no new they was alrady that way before 0,80 and as far as I've tested they cannot blow anything (they cannot bombard in no enemy unit below)

As it is not a bug, but a design option, I've changed to "Support Request" and assigned to George in case he could explain better the reason for these settings
