#3 Display Efile select list instead of folder navigation

It would be nice to see a human-friendly list of efile names to choose from instead of simple folder selection. So it might say instead of EFILE_KAISER
"Kaiser Efile V.29/09/10" like from line 1 of EQUIP97.TXT.

Of course button to browse for folder could also be provided in case someone wants to locate efile outside of OpenGen folder.

Mabe later on, as right now very few efiles (only 2 as far as I know) include that info on EQUIP97.txt
Some include that info within GUI97, but GUI97 is an obsolete file, so I think it doesn't worth to try to read from there.
Once designers put efile version into first text line, it would worth surely.
