Hi All I am new to OpenGC. I just got the latest version from CVS (thanks for the code). I am doing some simulation work in order to design a landing system that is based on computer vision. I am using Open Scene Graph for rendering the scenery. Currently the system is autonomous, but I am going to over-ride the control inputs with a joystick, and display the error signal which is a function of displacement with respect to the flight path. I would like to use this error signal to drive some conventional aircraft instrumentation. Just to keep things compact, I like the idea of using a glass cockpit format. So the idea is that the pilot is able to land the aircraft just like he is riding the ILS beam. My question to you developer guys is which components do I need from the source code to simply draw a glass cockpit, that is driven with my simulation data ? Thank you Bart :-) _________________________________________________________________ The new MSN 8: advanced junk mail protection and 2 months FREE* http://join.msn.com/?page=features/junkmail |
