[Opengc-announce] OpenGC 0.3 archive errors

Hi everyone,

A user sent me a note that the version 0.3 archives were causing problems, 
and it appears as if the Windows XP archiver managed to corrupt the zip 
files. This has hopefully been fixed by issuing a new set of files generated 
with a 3rd party compressor (denoted by the r2 in the filename).

If you've experienced problems, please try the new files.
