[Opengc-devel] Software for Aircraft Instrument Development?

Hi All,

I'm trying to make some aircraft instruments that can be used in a Visual 
Basic or C++ program but don't know what the best approach would be.  Can 
anyone recommend software for doing so?  Would OpenGL be the best route?
